Kristin Gray has been a critical part of my design team on two major “down to the studs” renovation projects. The combined interior of these two projects came to 25,000 square feet.  In the design and architecture world, she stands out because she is organized, efficient, and believes in an honest day’s pay for honest day’s work.  I also found her willingness to source products against a set budget to be a breath of fresh air.  One of our projects was in a pre-gentrification neighborhood and we had to be smart about materials cost, she helped me source options that fit the aesthetic without breaking the bank.  In turn, we generated a healthy profit over three years.  I would recommend Kristin to any owner-builder-designer, she is the best right hand I’ve had in the crowded designer/architect marketplace of L.A.
